By coming here you've taken the first step toward a healthier, happier you.  I don't use cookie cutter routines, or the latest, best workout from magazine x, y, or z, I develop programs that are based on your specific needs.  Everyone is different and the work we will do together will be tailored to the specifics of your current situation. 

I have and continue to learn from the best in the world so I can ensure that I can give you the best information available.  I provide as much relevant information as possible to each client because I believe knowledge solidifies change.

My clients look forward to their workouts because they know that every time they workout, that they are at least one step closer to their goal.  They trust that I have their best interests at hand because I've demonstrated it time and time again. 

I have three main thoughts on the effectiveness of an exercise program:

1) Progress begins with consistency.

2) Avoid pain but not effort.

3)  What you do in between exercise sessions is as important (and sometimes more important) as what you do during.

When you combine these concepts effectively nearly any goal is attainable.
